Τρικ για να μάθουν να τρώνε φρούτα

Αντιμετωπίζετε θέμα με το πως θα μάθουν τα παιδάκια σας να τρώνε φρούτα; Δεν τους αρέσουν τόσο και σας δυσκολεύουν κάθε φορά που τους βάζετε μπροστά τους ένα μπολάκι με κάποιο φρούτο; Δεν επιλέγουν ποτέ αυτό το υγιεινό σνακ μέσα στην μέρα τους;

Η νηπιαγωγός Διονυσία Σαράγια προτείνει μια ιδέα που βάζει ‘στο παιχνίδι’ τα παραμύθια που όλα τα παιδιά αγαπούν! Φαίνεται πως ακούγοντας ιστορίες τα παιδιά δουλεύουν με την φαντασία τους και πάνω σε αυτήν την βάση, μπορούν να μπουν σε κάποιον ρόλο και να φανταστούν τον εαυτό τους να κάνει κάτι που ίσως τους φανεί ωραίο! Κάπως έτσι, μπορεί το βίωμα του να φάνε ένα φρούτο, να καταγραφεί θετικά στην σκέψη τους και κάπως έτσι να ξεκινήσουν να τρώνε τα τόσο πολύτιμα σε θρεπτικά συστατικά φρουτάκια!  Δοκιμάστε το και περιμένουμε τα σχόλια σας!
